Overview
Starting with eCat 2023.4 users can quickly identify their eCat version number, org name and user name all in one place. Sending a screenshot of this when working with support can streamline the process and get you solutions quicker.
Finding your eCat version, org name and user name
- On your iPad, click the gear menu in upper right hand corner of eCat.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu. Screenshot the information like below and send it to support with your request.Org Name in eCat is a short 2-4 digit abbreviation for your companies eCat instance. You will find this on the last line followed by a / and your username.
Note this is only available in 2023.4 and higher.
